bs4-intranet (bs4-CRM) software
bs4-CRM is a main module of “bs4-intranet” software. It provides Customer Relationship Management solutions for small and medium-sized business, aiming to develop effective marketing, sales and customer service strategies. An enterprise might collect information and build a database about its customers and actions that describes relationships in sufficient detail. That database becomes an valuable asset, protected also in case of staff turnover. The system can gather information on customers from other existing software like: sales software system, e-mail server and puts it all together in one database.

bs4-CRM
Major module responsible for a customer relationship management and database.
Task Manager
All tasks and actions are registered here. Includes reports of tasks and actions according to employees and dates.
Products
Consists of files describing products that company offers, actions connected, prices, stock amounts, manuals.
Authorization manager
Creates employees profiles; possibilities of data access (especially in bs4-CRM module, data concerning customers), defining appropriate tasks and actions.
Files
Helps to manage documents in the company by storing them in one place.
Import and Export
Main information from bs4-CRM can be transferred to/from a MS Excel worksheet.
Knowledge base
Articles can be published in this module (e.g. addressed to groups of employees), it is also place for mailing, FAQ and discussion forum (?).
Procedures
Allows to create combinations of tasks and actions, coming one after another, in order to follow procedures in the company.
Synchronization modules
Enable exchange of customer data between bs4-CRM and external systems, like sales management systems – e.g. you can view invoices in CRM.
Requests
Helps to deal with service requests and other simple projects.
